The Hawaiʻi High School Athletic Association welcomes the return of state championships in almost two years. However, due to state, county, and facility COVID-19 regulations, the following must be enforced:
All participants must either be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have been tested prior to the event. See www.sportshigh.com for full details.
Spectators must be fully vaccinated (two weeks following the second dose of either the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine; or two weeks following the Johnson & Johnson vaccine). Spectators must show proof of vaccination along with a government issued ID for verification.
Digital ticketing will be used for most events to limit attendance and for contact tracing purposes. Digital tickets will be sold through the GoFan app or website https://gofan.co/app/school/HHSAA.
Due to space limitations, there will be no spectators allowed at the bowling state championships.
