Looking Ahead

Trade winds are forecast to gradually pick up in strength Friday through the rest of the weekend. The moderate trade winds will focus showers over windward areas mainly during nights and mornings. Winds are expected to weaken Monday as another front approaches the islands. Breezy trade winds are expected to return across the state behind the front.

Today 

Today we expect partly sunny skies with isolated showers for windward areas. Leeward spots should be mostly sunny in the morning and partly cloudy in the afternoon with isolated showers. Northeast winds are forecast around 10 mph with afternoon sea breezes developing. High temperatures from 81° to 86°.

Tonight

Northeast winds are expected around 10 mph tonight. Partly cloudy skies with isolated showers in the evening and clearing overnight as the land breeze takes hold. Low temperatures from 68° to 73°.
