Looking Ahead
A front is forecast to bring an increase in rainfall to the smaller islands on Tuesday then stall near the Big Island early Wednesday. Breezy and gusty northerly winds building behind the front will shift out of the east on Thursday, with remnant frontal moisture keeping windward spots rather wet. Trades are expected to weaken on Friday.

Today we expect partly cloudy skies with scattered showers. Variable winds will become northerly as a front moves by. After frontal passage north winds are forecast from 15 to 25 mph. High temperatures from 82° to 88°.
