Developers of Maui’s Pi‘ilani Promenade File Draft EIS

The project calls for the development of a mix of light industrial and business/commercial uses with approximately 226 apartment units on 75 acres of land mauka of the Piʻilani Highway in North Kīhei. The Draft EIS is subject to a 45-day public review and comment period that runs through October 7th.
