The Hua Momona Foundation, a nonprofit leading Maui’s recovery and long-term resilience efforts following the Lahaina fires, announces the first annual RISE Maui 2026 – the Regeneration, Innovation, and Sustainability Experience – a first-of-its-kind immersive summit designed to foster connection, innovation, and impact through the lens of regeneration. 

The Hua Momona Foundation announces the third annual Maui Music & Food Experience on Aug. 21-22 at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa.

Due to overwhelming demand, The Hua Momona Foundation is bringing the Maui Music & Food Experience to the Continent with a newly announced show in Chicago on Nov. 7 at the Copernicus Center’s Gateway Theater. The concert will bring together renowned musicians and world-class chefs to celebrate the aloha spirit and support the Hua Momona Foundation’s continued work across Maui.

Gary Grube, founder and President of the Hua Momona Foundation said food insecurity isn’t the only issue families face. “Ongoing instability of income, healthcare, and housing is also weighing on westside families,” he said.
