Remains found on Molokaʻi, identified as missing Kaunakakai man
Maui police have identified remains found at a Kaunakakai residence on Molokaʻi in March as that of Timothy Webb, 77, of Kaunakakai. Police investigated the discovery of human remains at the home on Friday, March 22, 2024. Webb was reported missing the previous month, on Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024, by a concerned acquaintance who had not heard from him since December 2023.

Timothy Webb, 77, of Kaunakakai, Molokaʻi was reported missing on Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024, by a concerned acquaintance who had not heard from him since December 2023. Webb was last seen at his residence in Kaunakakai on Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2023.
Update/located: Missing woman known to frequent Kahului, last seen July 3, 2023
UPDATE/LOCATED: As of Thursday, July 13, 2023, at approximately 8:35 a.m., Serginna Quintana was located and found to be in good health. The Maui Police Department thanked the public for their assistance.
Missing: 25-Year-Old Woman Last Seen on Moloka‘i on June 24
Gianina Reid, 25, was last seen on Molokaʻi two weeks ago on Thursday, June 24, 2021. Police say no one has heard from her since that date.
Maui Police Search for Missing Man on Moloka‘i
Officers from the Maui Police Department’s Molokaʻi Patrol Division are looking for Carl Steffler, a 66-year-old Caucasian male who has gone missing.
Body of Missing Man Found in Moloka‘i Gulch
A volunteer assisting with the search efforts found a lifeless body on the hillside in an area called Pia Gulch about a half-mile northeast of the Wavecrest Resort at around 9:16 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 21, 2018. Maui police say the body was positively identified by family members as Stephen Kramar. An autopsy will be scheduled to determine the official cause of death.
Overdue Molokaʻi Hiker Just Delayed in Wailau
Air 1 was guided towards the man, who turned out to be the father they were looking for. The man was uninjured and signaled to the helicopter crew that he was okay.
UPDATE/FOUND: 3 Missing Divers Near Penguin Bank, Molokaʻi
The US Coast Guard reports the missing divers include a 40-year-old man, 30-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy. According to department reports, the three were last seen at 10 a.m., wearing full body camouflage wetsuits and are reportedly “excellent swimmers.”
