DOH approves fourth medical cannabis retail dispensary for Noa Botanicals
The Hawai‘i Department of Health has issued a formal notice to proceed for Mānoa Botanicals, LLC dba Noa Botanicals after it passed its final on-site inspection for its fourth retail facility. Noa Botanicals’ new retail site is located at 345 Royal Hawaiian Ave., Honolulu, HI 96815, and the company expects to begin sales on Saturday, April 19, 2025.

Two Senate committees voted Thursday to recommend passage of a bill to legalize adult personal use of cannabis Hawaiʻi and establish taxes on its retail sale and medical use.
Maui Wellness Group, LLC gets approval as medical cannabis retail dispensary
The Hawai‘i State Department of Health has issued a formal notice to proceed for Maui Wellness Group, LLC, dba Maui Grown Therapies after it passed its final on-site inspection for its fourth retail facility. Maui Grown Therapies’ new retail site is located at 1215 South Kīhei Road D-2 in Kīhei, and the company expects to begin sales on Friday, Nov. 17, 2023.
Aloha Green Apothecary gets approval for fourth medical cannabis retail dispensary
This will be the state’s 23rd retail dispensing location. As of June 29, 2023, a statewide total of 33,032 medical cannabis patients, and 2,797 caregivers were registered statewide.
Medical Cannabis Retail Dispensaries Approved on O‘ahu and Hawai‘i Island
Hawaiian Ethos’ Hilo store is the state’s 14th licensed retail center and the sixth on Hawai‘i Island which is home to 25% of Hawai‘i’s registered patients; and Noa Botanical’s ‘Aiea store is the state’s 15th licensed retail center and the sixth on O‘ahu, home to 47% of Hawai‘i’s registered patients.
