Water service outage in Hāna on Sept. 18, 2025 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
There is a water service outage due to mainline break in Hāna, on Hāna Hwy, from Koali Bridge to St. Peters Church, affecting 60 homes and 10 standpipes. The Department of Water Supply reports the outage is from in effect from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025.
Water outage in parts of Upper Kula and Makawao
Anticipated completion time has been extended to Monday, April 28, 2025, at 12 p.m.

The Maui Department of Water Supply is reporting a service outage in parts of Upper Kula and Makawao due to a mainline break. The outage is expected to continue through 3 p.m. today and affects 30 homes and 2 standpipes.
Maui Water Mainline Break Affects 150 Homes and Businesses in Kīhei
The break occurred on Auhana Road and involves a 30-inch transmission pipeline. The water service outage affects over 150 homes and businesses and 200 fire hydrants.
