A High Surf Advisory is posted through 6 p.m. Tuesday for north and west facing shores of Molokai and the north shore of Maui.
A Small Craft Advisory is posted for Maui County windward waters and most channels through 6 a.m. Tuesday due to our large northwest swell. This advisory may be extended.

Weather for the state will remain mostly dry and dominated by daytime sea breezes and nighttime land breezes. A weak cold front is forecast to reach Kauai and Oahu on Thursday night or Friday, bringing a modest increase in clouds and showers.
Light and variable winds are expected today up to 10 mph. Mostly sunny skies are forecast to start the day with some afternoon cloud build up as the sea breeze kicks in. Isolated showers are possible in the afternoon. High temperatures from 78° to 84°.

Variable winds are expected up to 15 mph. Low temperatures from 65° to 70°. Skies are forecast to clear overnight as the land breeze takes hold.
