Looking Ahead
Lighter trades are expected for the next few days, with daytime sea breezes and nighttime land breezes affecting more areas. Moisture from an old frontal boundary near the Big Island will slowly move northward this weekend. The combination of this moisture and the disturbance aloft will bring a chance for mainly afternoon and evening showers to the smaller islands as we head into the weekend. Trades are expected to return early next week.
Today
We expect partly to mostly cloudy skies and scattered showers for windward spots. Partly sunny for the leeward sides with isolated afternoon showers. East winds from 5 to 15 mph. High temperatures from 81° to 86° and feeling a little warmer due to the light wind conditions and higher humidity levels.

Tonight
East winds are expected from 5 to 15 mph. Mostly cloudy skies are expected with scattered windward showers. Leeward spots will be partly cloudy with isolated showers and clearing as the night goes on. Low temperatures from 67° to 72°.
