A trade wind weather pattern will prevail across the aloha state into next week with clouds and showers favoring windward and mauka spots. Expect wind speeds to increase slightly Friday and through the weekend, becoming locally breezy through the windier channels.
Partly cloudy skies are forecast today with scattered showers for windward and mauka spots. Sunshine with isolated showers in leeward areas. Northeast winds from 10 to 20 mph. High temperatures from 79° to 87°.
