Marine Weather Statement: A large north-northeast swell will continue through Wednesday. This will impact Kahului harbor with moderate harbor surges and large breaking waves at the harbor entrance. Mariners should use extreme caution when entering or leaving port and when mooring or launching vessels.

Looking Ahead
Cool, dry and stable weather is expected through Wednesday. Winds are forecast to become light and southerly Thursday and variable on Thursday night and Friday. Southwest winds are forecast to gradually strengthen during the weekend ahead of an approaching front. The potentially strong front will reach the state by Sunday night or Monday.
