The debut 2015 Ka’ana cooking class on Saturday, Oct. 3 shared new methods of grilling local food, making go-to rubs and crafting marinades at Andaz Maui in Wailea. It’s the first in a series of classes that will run through 2016.

Hawaiʻi Seafood Month will involve 50+ restaurants and retailers across the state in October, with launch parties, dining events and technology to track your seafood from ocean to plate. Maui played host to the first event this week.
