The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua invites guests to experience a rare convergence of culinary mastery and island tradition with a line-up of guest chefs for the beloved Kapalua Wine & Chef Series this spring.

Due to overwhelming demand, The Hua Momona Foundation is bringing the Maui Music & Food Experience to the Continent with a newly announced show in Chicago on Nov. 7 at the Copernicus Center’s Gateway Theater. The concert will bring together renowned musicians and world-class chefs to celebrate the aloha spirit and support the Hua Momona Foundation’s continued work across Maui.

The Hua Momona Foundation has announced the second annual Maui Music & Food Experience, taking place from Aug. 15 to Aug. 16 at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa in Kāʻanapali.

Chef Zach Laidlaw, of Maui’s Hua Momona Farms, competes on the upcoming season of the FOX show “Next Level Chef” hosted by Celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay.

Hua Momona Farm, located high atop Kapalua, has launched Hua Momona Foundation, a non-profit that will provide food to those in need on Maui and introduce Maui’s youth to modern agriculture techniques relating to the growing and production of food.
