Wailuku restaurant allowed to reopen under Conditional Pass

The Hawai‘i Department of Health’s Maui Food Safety Branch issued a yellow “Conditional Pass” placard to a Wailuku restaurant on Tuesday, allowing the establishment to reopen to the public. A follow-up inspection is scheduled for Dec. 7.

Department of Health allows Paradise Supermart to reopen in Kahului

The Maui Food Safety Branch of the Hawai‘i Department of Health has allowed Paradise Supermart Fast Food & Catering in Kahului to reopen to the public under a yellow “Conditional Pass” placard.

Update: Kahului eatery gets conditional pass following complaint inspection

The health department is requiring the food establishment to take corrective actions before allowing the establishment to reopen to the public. A followup inspection is scheduled for Nov. 6.

The establishment was re-opened under a yellow “Conditional Pass” placard. An inspector will be conducting additional follow-up inspections to assess the establishment’s progress.
