St. Anthony School in Wailuku, Maui welcomes home its alumni for the school’s 31st Annual Hoʻolauleʻa. Graduates will be honored on Saturday, June 24, from 5-10 p.m., on Sullivan Field fronting the campus.

Saint Anthony School of Maui is asking its network of alumni to complete a short survey to update its records for a lineup of activities and engagements this school year.

A team of middle school students from St. Anthony School was named the Hawaiʻi winner in the You Be The Chemist Challenge®.

For those ready for a change in school options or struggling with the challenge of returning to work and not having assistance for distance learning, St. Anthony School would like to waive tuition for 2nd quarter for new students (must have a signed contract and payment for the balance of the school year). Tuition assistance is available for those that show financial need.

“With so many unforeseen difficulties in our daily lives with the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects, we want to use this opportunity to do something small in hopes that it might make someone’s day a bit easier and a bit more fun,”  said Roselani Ice Cream Operations Manager, Buddy James Nobriga.

The exercise will take place at the St. Anthony Church Center in Wailuku at 6 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 9, 2018.

Timothy Cullen assumes the Head of School position at St. Anthony, succeeding current Head of School, Betsey Gunderson. His appointment is effective July 10.

The St. Anthony High School Band will present a free concert in the Maui Arts & Cultural Center’s Castle Theater on Tuesday, April 19, beginning at 7 p.m. as part of The MACC’s annual School Band Concert Series.

Mary Rodriguez, a science teacher at St. Anthony Junior Senior High School, has been named the local winner of the Barnes & Noble “My Favorite Teacher Contest.”

The Maui Arts & Cultural Center will host its annual School Band Concerts in the Castle Theater on two Tuesdays, April 15 and 21.

St. Anthony Junior-Senior High School on Maui is the recipient of a $2,150 grant from the Augustine Educational Foundation for S.T.E.M. program enhancements for education focused on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math, school officials announced.

Gunderson’s ties to Maui include former employment at the campus as Social Studies Department chair, Freshmen Division coordinator and religion teacher.
