Project Maui Nui, presented by Maui Economic Development Board, convened the 16 fellows of the 2026 Ka Ipu Kukui cohort for an intensive three-day workshop to spark innovative solutions that strengthen resilience across Maui County. Ka Ipu Kukui is a year-long program for community-identified, emerging leaders and conceived to address planning for Maui Nui’s future.

Holomua 2025, Maui’s premier business festival centered on recovery, resilience, and renewal, presented by the Maui Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce, announces the return of its culminating event, the Ko‘i Awards Gala, on Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Grand Wailea Resort’s Haleakalā Ballroom.

After a multi-year pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic and 2023 wildfires, the Maui Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce will relaunch its signature conference and awards gala this fall under a new name: Holomua 2025.
