A High Surf Warning is posted for the north and west shores of Molokai and the north shore of Maui through 6 p.m. Thursday.
A Small Craft Advisory is in effect through 6 a.m. Thursday for all Maui County waters and channels (except Māʻalaea Bay).
A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for a very large northwest swell producing harbor surges in Kahului Harbor and large breaking waves at the harbor entrance. The Maliko boat ramp may also be affected.

Looking Ahead
Thursday and Friday weakening winds will allow for daytime sea breezes and overnight land breezes in most areas Thursday and Friday. Another area of high pressure will build northeast of the state over the weekend, with the next cold front expected to push through the islands Tuesday and Wednesday.

Today we expect partly cloudy skies with isolated showers in the afternoon as cloud cover builds. Hazy skies are likely. Daytime sea breezes to 10 mph. High temperatures from 78° to 83°.
