Maui police arrested two individuals and recovered a wide range of drugs worth an estimated $122,000 in street value, Maui Police Chief John Pelletier announced today.

A Maui man was being held in lieu of $150,000 bail on multiple drug charges, after a search warrant was executed on a Waiehu home last week.

A search turned up more than 8 grams of crystal methamphetamine.

The discovery was made during a search of the home located at 144 Luakaha Circle in South Maui at around 1:20 p.m. on Thursday.

Grand jury indictments were obtained against six individuals who were identified in an undercover operation aimed at addressing the illegal distribution of prescription pills and other narcotics at Kalama Park in South Maui.
