The Maui Family YMCA has named Steven Scraggs as its new chief executive officer, effective April 1.

Maui Family YMCA is hosting an open house and retirement celebration for Chief Executive Officer Mike Morris from 4 to 6 p.m. March 15 at the Y facility located at 250 Kanaloa Ave. in Kahului.

The work-site wellness initiative features a vending machine at the facility that sells fresh fruit, yogurt, water and healthy sandwiches from Whole Foods. There’s also a Y Produce Express program which provides free delivery of fresh produce from local farms on a weekly basis.
