Maui Land & Pineapple Company reported a net loss of $4.6 million, or $0.25 per share, for 2012.

The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua is scheduled to be auctioned off later this year, as part of a collection of assets to be sold by investment bank firm of Lehman Bros.

Maui Land & Pineapple Company, Inc. reported net income of $5.1 million for 2011 and a net loss of $3.5 million for the fourth quarter of 2011.

The Maui Land & Pineapple Company, Inc. (ML&P) reported profits of $24.8 million in 2010, reversing a net loss of $123 million the previous year, according to a statement released by the company yesterday.
