New Photos Released in Armed Robbery Investigation
Maui police released surveillance images today of a suspect wanted for the armed robbery of the pharmacy at the Longs Drugs store at Kulamalu on Wednesday, June 17, 2015. Police say the male suspect pictured in the images was able to flee the scene with “a fair amount” of Oxycodone pills and was last seen walking out the front door towards Kula Highway.
UPDATE: Maui Police Seek Help in Locating Woman Wanted for Escape
Police are requesting the public’s help in locating 18-year-old Paula J. Kahue-Miranda, who authorities say is wanted for second degree escape.
Maui Police Seek Female for Questioning in Theft Case
Police released photographs today of a female they say is wanted for questioning in a theft-type case. The woman is pictured wearing a black v-neck shirt, light colored capri pants, and a bucket-style hat.

Maui Police Seek Suspect in Armed Robbery at Kulamalu Longs
Maui police are searching for a male suspect wanted for the armed robbery of the pharmacy at the Longs Drugs store at Kulamalu. The suspect, at gunpoint, was able to gain access to numerous prescription medications before fleeing the area with an undisclosed amount of prescription medication.
Makawao Man Arrested for Alleged Involvement in Burglary, Firearm Theft
A Makawao man was arrested in Kaupō this week for his alleged involvement in a burglary and firearm theft case. The suspect, Devon Traxinger, 45, was subsequently placed under arrest by Hāna patrol officers.
