Maui Median Price of Single-Family Home Remains Over $1 Million in July
The median sales price for single-family homes remained over $1 million in July at $1.05M, down only slightly from an island-wide record high of June 2021 ($1,117,500).

UH: Fish Friendships Increase Chances of Survival
While we typically attribute the long-lasting bonds of social familiarity to complex thinkers like humans, growing evidence indicates that we underestimate the importance of friendship networks in seemingly “simple” animals, such as fish, and its importance for survival in the wild.
