ProArts Playhouse, Maui, has announced an event-packed two months, from musical performances and tributes to classic rock legends to aerial dances and comedy shows.

Acclaimed singer-songwriter Jason Arcilla is slated to perform at The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua for the Kapalua Concert Series, Friday, Feb. 2, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua welcomes singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist Thunderstorm Artis to its Kapalua Concert Series lineup. Artis will perform at the resort’s newly reimagined Alaloa Lounge, June 2 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.  

The MACC is hosting Portland-based John Craigie, an Americana singer-songwriter, next month at the McCoy Studio Theater.

ProArts announced a sampling of upcoming events at their ProArts Playground venue off South Kīhei road over the next two weeks, including captivating concerts by GRAMMY and Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award winner John Cruz.

The Maui Arts & Cultural Center announced the addition of singer-songwriter Alx Kawakami in a solo concert streaming Saturday, June 19.

Singers, musicians, poetry “slammers,” magicians, stand-up comedians, actors, dancers, and hula and karaoke performers are invited to display their talents during the Open Mic night hosted by the Music Club on Wednesday, April 13, 2016, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the University of Hawai‘i Maui College’s Multi-Purpose Room in the Pilina Building.

Ahumanu, widely recognized as Maui’s premier wahine Hawaiian music band, will perform at Lahaina Restoration Foundation’s free monthly Hawaiian Music Series concert on Thursday, March 31, 2016, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in front of the Baldwin Home Museum at the corner of Dickenson and Front Streets in Lahaina.

Country music superstars Lee Brice and Tyler Farr will perform at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center’s A&B Amphitheater/Yokouchi Pavilion on March 6, 2016. Opening the show will be Maui’s rising star, singer-songwriter Lily Meola.

Tasty Pie Productions & Kit Kat Club Cabaret will present All I Want for Christmas, a night of a sexy and swanky burlesque and dancing, on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015, at Casanova Italian Restaurant in Makawao.

Join Soul Kitchen on Maui’s North Shore for a special evening of high-octane entertainment at Charley’s Restaurant and Saloon in Pā‘ia on Saturday, Dec. 5, from 7 to 9 p.m.
