Monsanto Agrees to Plead Guilty to Illegally Spraying Banned Pesticide at Maui Facility; also Enters into Deferred Prosecution Agreement that Calls for $10 Million Payment Related to Storage of Banned Pesticide on Maui and Molokaʻi.
