The immunization registry is a statewide information system that stores and tracks patient immunization records for 25 diseases including vaccinations for polio, tetanus, measles, mumps and now COVID-19.

Nov. 28, 2021 COVID-19 Update: 169 New Cases, 3 Deaths

Of today’s 169 cases, there were 119 cases identified as confirmed, and +50 probable cases were added to the count.  The confirmed cases included: 66 on O‘ahu (+41 probable); 13 on Hawai‘i Island (+9 probable); 12 on Maui (-2 probable); eight on Kaua‘i (+2 probable); and 20 Hawai‘i residents diagnosed while out of state.

In Maui County, the seven day average for new cases daily is 14, with a 1.6% test positivity rate over 14 days. This is +8% from Nov. 11 to Nov. 24, 2021. For every 100,000 residents in Maui County, there have been an average of 8.6 newly reported cases per day over the last seven days.
