2022 Merrie Monarch Festival to sell Hōʻike tickets starting March 15, in-person
Hōʻike Night is usually free to the public, but in consideration of the long lines that event goers usually encounter, and health concerns related to COVID-19, event organizers have decided to sell tickets this year for $5 each. The sale is for Hōʻike night tickets only; not competition nights, which are not being sold to the general public.

Maui’s King Kekaulike wins State Championship in Boys Soccer
King Kekaulike’s Nā Aliʻi is the first neighbor island team to win an outright state championship, and only the second title holders from Maui.
