Hale Mahaolu will accept applications for Ewalu II, the second phase of its senior housing complex in Upcountry Maui, from Feb. 24 through 4 p.m. on March 6, 2020.

The new ceiling loan limit for one-unit properties in 2020 will be $765,600—a nearly $40,000 increase from $726,525 in 2019.
