The Shops at Wailea is spreading holiday cheer and inviting families to join in the festive fun this December with an exciting lineup of events, giveaways, and live entertainment for all ages. Throughout the month, Maui residents and Wailea visitors can enjoy these special offerings designed to celebrate the magic of the season. 

A Maui mainstay, Tiffany’s has been in business for close to two decades and has since gained a very loyal following – including the Simeons. When Chef Sheldon Simeon and his wife Janice Simeon learned that the Orite family was ready to hang up their hats, the pair jumped at the opportunity to keep the local favorite in operation.

In celebration of Thanksgiving, special menus are available at The Shops at Wailea’s restaurants (Lineage, Longhiʻs and Ruthʻs Chris Steak House) on Thursday, Nov. 25.

Though the recent announcement of Maui’s “Safer Outside” initiative will limit indoor capacities and put restrictions on those who can dine in, management at The Shops at Wailea says locals and visitors alike can still enjoy meals from their favorite restaurants with outdoor dining offerings or by utilizing takeout options.

Hawaiian Airlines Bank of Hawaii World Elite Mastercard and business accelerator Mana Up are launching a “Meet the Makers” virtual event series this month to celebrate nine up-and-coming Hawai‘i entrepreneurs and offer viewers special products and promotions.Sheldon Simeon of Tin Roof in Kahului and Lineage in Wailea will be featured in the series, August 25.

In celebration of March’s National Noodle Month Lineage Maui at The Shops at Wailea is sharing it’s popular Garlic Noodles recipe. Chef de Cuisine Mijin Toride has prepared the recipe for Lineage fans who want to recreate this dish at home.

Beginning Saturday, Dec. 12 and running through Wednesday, Dec. 23, The Shops at Wailea will celebrate the holidays by giving away one prize each day to followers who enter the giveaway.

From July 24-31, LINEAGE is open for takeout only from 4 to 8 p.m. Beginning Aug. 1, it will be open for takeout and dine-in services from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday through Sunday; and from 4 to 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Limited seating is available to accommodate social distancing measures, so reservations are highly recommended.

Just two years after starting his first eatery on Maui in 2016, Tin Roof, Chef Sheldon Simeon opened up a new restaurant, Lineage at The Shops at Wailea. 

Chef Sheldon Simeon will prepare and host a special family-style dinner to benefit his alma mater, the University of Hawaiʻi Maui College Culinary Arts Program.

Lineage at The Shops at Wailea will host a Punch Social pop-up event on Aug. 27, followed by happy hour between 4 and 5 p.m. starting Sept. 1.
