Maui Rotary holds induction for 2026–27 club presidents

More than 90 members and friends of Maui’s nine Rotary Clubs gathered at the Lahaina Cannery Mall Food Court and Stage area recently to celebrate the induction of the 2026–27 club presidents and honor the service of the outgoing presidents.

Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset awards five $2500 “Go for the Green” scholarships

The Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset announced the recipients of five “Go for the Green” $2,500 scholarships. These scholarships were offered to select high school graduates who reside in West Maui, Molokaʻi, Lānaʻi or Hāna. The applicants must be attending an accredited college and be pursuing a field of study that will benefit the environment and/or the community.

Maui Rotary clubs rally community to help Maui Food Bank provide 5,400 holiday meals

In a show of community support, six Rotary Clubs across Maui helped Maui Food Bank collect enough donations to provide 5,443 meals during this year’s Holiday Food Drive on Saturday, Nov. 15. Volunteers were stationed at every Safeway location on the island from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., encouraging shoppers to give what they could during a season of rising need.
