February’s Hawaiian Music Series spotlights Joshua Kahula

Lahaina Restoration Foundation’s Hawaiian Music Series of February will feature a performance by local musician Joshua Kahula, with an evening of soulful island music under the stars. The free, family-friendly concert will be held on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the Ocean Lawn at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa in Kāʻanapali.

Nuff Sedd to host exclusive CD release event for new ‘Cup of Aloha’ album

Maui music group Nuff Sedd will host an exclusive CD release event for their new album “Cup of Aloha” at The Lounge at Island Sound in Hawaiʻi Kai, Oʻahu, on Sept. 28, 2024. As the one-year anniversary of the devastating Maui wildfires approached, Nuff Sedd released their heartfelt new single, “Cup of Aloha.”

August edition of Hawaiian Music Series features Joshua Kahula

The next Hawaiian Music Series of 2024 will take place on Thursday, Aug. 29, at 6 p.m., at the Lahaina Civic Center Amphitheater. This is the first Hawaiian music series in Lahaina after the fire. This free event will feature well-known local musician Joshua Kahula.

Artist 2 Artist returns to MACC with Jerry Santos on May 17

In another installment of the Artist 2 Artist concert series, beloved musician Henry Kapono will join forces with Jerry Santos of the legendary band, Olomana. The special guest will be Maui’s own Josh Kahula, the lead singer of Nuff Sedd.

1,000+ attend Kōkua for Maui events on Oʻahu in support of Maui businesses 

Over a thousand people came out on Sunday, Nov. 19 to support Maui at the Neal Blaisdell Center on Oʻahu. Maui vendors participating in the Kōkua for Maui: Shop and Show Aloha event showcased various products from around Maui County, giving many businesses a new opportunity to sell and highlight their work. 

Kahula featured in Hawaiian Music Series in Lahaina

Hawaiian entertainer Joshua Kahula will be the featured entertainer on April 28 at the Baldwin Home Museum lawn in Lahaina. The Friday event takes place from 6 to 7 p.m.

Wailuku First Friday ‘March Mele’ This Week

The event will be held on Friday along the historic Market Street from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The street will be closed beginning at 5:30 p.m.
