Nov. 5, 2020 COVID-19 Update: 100 New Cases (66 O‘ahu, 24 Hawai‘i Island, 1 Maui, 1 Lāna‘i, 1 Kaua‘i, 7 Out of State)

There were 100 new COVID-19 cases in Hawai‘i today, including 66 on O‘ahu, 24 on Hawai‘i Island, one on Maui, one on Lānaʻi, one on Kauaʻi and seven in Hawai‘i residents diagnosed outside of the state. Moloka‘i had no new cases today. The new Maui case was in Kahului, according to map changes documented by the State Department of Health.

AAA Hawaiʻi Announces $139 Million in Financial Relief for Auto Insurance Policyholders

AAA Hawaiʻi members who insure their vehicles through the Interinsurance Exchange of the Automobile Club and its affiliate insurers will receive an additional 10 percent premium refund totaling approximately $139 million. This is for auto insurance in effect from May 16 to Sept. 30, 2020.
