#Hui No Ke Ola Pono

US Sen. Brian Schatz (D-Hawai‘i) announced that the five Native Hawaiian Health Care Systems and Papa Ola Lōkahi, which coordinates health care programs and services for Native Hawaiians, will receive nearly $25 million in federal funding from the US Department of Health and Human Services.

Maui pre-nursing students are sought for the Spring 2026 Kealaho‘imai TEAS Prep Course. This free, hybrid course will run for 10 weeks from Feb. 9 to April 25, 2026.

The University of Hawaiʻi Maui College is seeking Maui pre-nursing students for the Fall 2025 Kealahoʻimai TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills) Prep Course. 

The event unfolds from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 26, at the Kēōkea Marketplace, a quarter mile past Grandma’s Coffee House.

The annual Give Kids A Smile, an event organized by Hui No Ke Ola Pono to provide essential dental services to children of all ages, will be held at the J. Walter Cameron Center on Saturday, June 22 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
