Lukas Nelson, Paul Simon return to the MACC for benefit concert Jan. 10

Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Lukas Nelson will headline “Lōkahi: A Celebration of Maui” with Paul Simon, Stephen Wilson Jr., Lily Meola, the Maui Country Band, plus friends & family, for a benefit concert to support an initiative to address Maui’s shortage of healthcare professionals.

More than 140 vendors will have a chance Friday to show their wares to about 2,000 wholesalers and shoppers from 1:30 to 6 p.m. in the “Buyers Preview and Exclusive Shopping Day” when tickets to enter are $36 per person and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the “Big Shopping Day” that is open to everyone, is expected to draw between 8,000 and 10,000 people with tickets priced at $9 per person.
