Legendary Maui Musician Willie K says that his cancer diagnosis is now terminal, but vowed to keep “rocking,” in a Facebook message to fans on Wednesday.

When a vehicle enters the intersection against a red light, the camera takes a telephoto color picture of the rear of the car, capturing an image of the license plate.  A second wide-angle photograph records the entire intersection, including other traffic.

UPDATE: (1:32 p.m., Jan. 29, 2020). Officers have completed their investigation into this matter and found no threat to anyone at the school. “For parents, we appreciate your cooperation. Please refer to School protocols regarding pick-up of your children,” police said.

Never-before-seen images of the Sun were released today, revealing cell-like structures the size of Texas roiling on its surface. These are the very first images observed by the National Science Foundation’s Daniel K. Inouye Solar Telescope (DKIST) atop Haleakalā on Maui.
