Suzuki Maui Talent Education’s 23rd Annual Holiday Concert will be held Saturday, Nov. 29 at 7 p.m. at the historic Makawao Union Church, continuing a longtime Upcountry holiday tradition of student and professional musicians performing together.

The J. Walter Cameron Center invites the community to its Open House on Friday, Oct. 17, 2025, from 4 to 6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, offering an opportunity to learn about the wide range of services and programs available to Maui residents.

A Maui Pops Orchestra’s Holiday Pops performance in the Maui Arts and Cultural Center’s Castle Theater is set for Sunday, Dec. 8 at 3 p.m.

Maui Pops Orchestra steps back to delight in the music of the 1920s at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center’s (the MACC’s) Castle Theatre, this Sunday, March 17 at 3 p.m.

This week on Maui, a musical tribute to Gutsy Women honors Women’s History Month, An African American dance company shares its drumming roots, and Maui Arts & Cultural Center has its annual gala fundraiser. Coming up fast are the Tony Award winning musical Kinky Boots, Maui Pops Orchestra’s music of the Roaring ’20s, and a historic play reviving the memory of Hawaiʻi’s Prince Kūhiō.

The performances marked the first time since the pandemic that an HYS concert tour has returned to Maui. It also marked the Maui debut of Maestro Joseph Stepec, HYS Director of Orchestral Activities and conductor for the performances.

On Maui coming up within a week, there are free concerts by Island Style songwriter John Cruz, The Voice finalist Jason Arcilla, and the Hawaiʻi Youth Symphony with Amy Hānaiali’i. Also, the touring Pan Asian Chamber Jazz Ensemble performs. Check out Maui Now’s top 20 list here.

This week on Maui, there’s major tribute concerts to Jimmy Buffet with Jake Shimabukuro and songwriter Mac McAnnaly, and a Willie K Tribute by Makana. There’s also events celebrating Mardi Gras, Valentines Day, Chinese New Year and a football viewing for the weekend.

Coming up are concerts by UB40 and the Maui Pops Orchestra with Disney and Beyond, comedy by frequent TV night show guest Nick Swardson, and musical “Daddy Long Legs” at the ProArts Playhouse in Kīhei. Find our comprehensive listing HERE.

Broadway singing star Sarah Uriarte Berry joins the Maui Pops Orchestra in a “Tribute to Judy Garland and Friends.”
