The Maui Arts & Cultural Center will host internationally renowned guitarist Al Di Meola and his Electric Band for a one-night-only performance at the Castle Theater on Saturday, Sept. 6, at 7:30 p.m.

The 12th Annual Hawaiʻi Energy Conference will convene leaders in Maui later this month to offer solutions addressing the most pressing energy challenges of today.

Maui artist Challys Pascual has won the Jurors’ Choice Award for the Schaefer Portrait Challenge 2025 at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center.

A signature of Maui Arts and Cultural Center, the Schaefer Portrait Challenge, has been held as a triennial since 2003. This year’s challenge will mark the eighth iteration of this statewide juried exhibition, which presents the unique diversity of the people of the Hawaiian Islands through explorations in portraiture.

A Maui Pops Orchestra’s Holiday Pops performance in the Maui Arts and Cultural Center’s Castle Theater is set for Sunday, Dec. 8 at 3 p.m.

The Merwin Conservancy, a renowned palm garden and residency program for storytellers on Maui, has announced the next edition in its Green Room series. On Sunday, Oct. 27, Maui Arts & Cultural Center again celebrates the musical tradition of Hawai’i’s famous four-string instrument at the 17th annual Maui ‘Ukulele Festival, a free Maui community music event in the A&B Amphitheater and Yokouchi Pavilion.
